- What are hair extensions?
Hair extensions are applied by clipping, gluing or sewing human or synthetic hair to one’s natural hair.
- How long do hair extensions last?
Our hair extensions last typically 6 months to a year.
Although it may sounded like a broad gap for some the life of hair extensions depend on many factors. How often you wash, if you color or lighten extensions, how often you use heat are just a few examples that can determine the life expectancy of extensions.
- Can I color, tone, or bleach my hair extensions?
Yes extensions can be toned and colored by a professional but we do not recommend bleaching extensions ! Adding any chemicals to extensions can causes dryness and can possibly shorten the life of extensions. We recommend color matching as close as possible to your natural hair! Don’t know what color you need? Email us a picture of your hair or your goal hair and we will help you figure out what works best for you!
- Are hair extensions damaging to my natural hair?
Hair extensions are not damaging, however poor install and improper at home care CAN cause potential damage! We recommend getting your extensions installed by a trained and certified licensed professional! Need help finding someone? Email us and we will send you a list of certified stylist !
- How do I care for my hair extensions?
- Can I use heat products on my hair extensions?
Yes you can use heat on our hair extensions since they are 100% HUMAN HAIR. Like your natural hair, we recommended using a heat protectant at ALL times!Our favorites are the “Kenra Blow Dry Spray” and the “Joico HeatHero”!
- Can I sleep with my hair extensions in?
If you have a permanent method like a sew in, tape ins or itips, yes you can sleep with your hair extensions. If you have clip in hair extensions, we DO NOT recommend sleeping with them. It can cause unwanted pulling that can result in damage and hair loss.
- Can I swim or workout with my hair extensions?
Swimming and workout is safe for all extension wearers! We recommend tying your hair in a LOW ponytail or braid while working out or swimming. As soon as your are done, it is advised to wash your hair and DRY COMPLETELY! Failure to dry your extensions at the base can cause mildew and buildup. Wash with a clarifying shampoo after swimming, then follow with a high moisture conditioning mask/treatment. Leave in Conditioner is also recommended for all extensions!
- How are the hair extensions attached to my natural hair?
Our hair extensions are attached by a sew in method, tape-ins, itips, or clip in extensions.
- Can I return or exchange my hair extensions?
All hair extensions sales are final and cannot be refunded. However, if the packaging is unopened they can be exchanged for equal or lesser value. Consumer must pay shipping cost to return and reshape item.
- How do I choose the right color for my hair extensions?
We recommend matching your hair extensions to the ends of your hair for a seamless blend.If getting a permanent install, we recommend mixing 1-3 shades for the perfect blend.If you need help finding your color match email us a picture of your hair or your goal hair and we will help you figure out what works best for you!
- What types of hair extensions do you offer?
We offer 4 different types of weft extensions, Tape-in Extensions, I-tip Extensions and Clip In Extensions.
- What is the cost of hair extensions?
The cost of hair extensions varies depending on length, type of extensions and the amount of hair needed!
- How long does it take to apply hair extensions?

- How do I brush my hair when I have extensions?
Like your natural hair, we recommend starting from the bottom and working your way up to remove any tangles. We also recommend holding the base of your extensions while your brush gently to avoid pulling that can cause damage!
- Can hair extensions be used on any type of hair?
Usually, yes. We recommend an in person consultation with our trained and certified stylist to make sure you are a proper candidate for hair extensions.
- Are your hair extensions made from real human hair or synthetic?
Our hair extensions are 100% human hair with full cuticle intact with each bundle coming from a single donor.
- How can I track my order?

Yes, but we recommend wearing lower hairstyles to avoid any extra pulling !
- What is the delivery time for my hair extensions order?
We are a small business. Our production and packaging times takes 5-10 days, and shipping option can be added at checkout (express or standard)!
